The Tri-Synergy Team
We are a Team in every sense of the word - we combine different Team members and their skills to work on different projects, and there are always multiple projects on the go, so it is a lively, energetic place with Teamwork at the centre of it all.
Successes, challenges, socials, pizza days, mutual support and celebrating with clients makes Monday to Friday interesting - and never, ever the same twice!
Tina Webb - Managing Director
My chief role within the team is business development, making sure the Team have what they need to carry out their roles and ensuring all the building blocks are in place to push Tri-Synergy forward.
My real passion with marketing (and what I have been doing for the last 25+ years!) lies in strategic planning and branding; and I really enjoy talking to other business owners.

Martin Webb - Finance Director
As Finance Director and Company Secretary, my role is overseeing all financial aspects of the business.
Having been a Finance Director in various high-growth companies, I enjoy producing the finance models upon which business development and marketing plans are based.

Natalie Gidney - Digital Marketing & Operations Manager
I take responsibility for, and manage the key accounts for Tri-Synergy. Typically, these clients are million pound+ turnover businesses who outsource their marketing activities to Tri-Synergy. I am a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (MCIM), The Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing (M IDM) and hold Chartered Marketer status. I am results driven and work hard to achieve excellent ROI for my clients.

Sam Burdekin - Account Manager
I manage marketing projects from start to finish, liaising with customers to make sure that we deliver their marketing projects e.g. websites, brochures, product launches on time and within budget.
Almost always cheerful and loves a challenge, no matter how impossible it looks – I have run the London Marathon (took ages) and I was on Total Wipe-out (was rubbish) but really enjoy ‘having a go’ and taking part. Life is full of new experiences just waiting.

Adam Osborne - Graphic Designer
My role as a graphic designer is extremely rewarding. Every day presents new challenges and opportunities to create fresh new designs in a multitude of media.
I am also one of the main account managers for Tri-Synergy, my previous employment in the optical service has helped better my customer relationship skills, which is vital when working with clients on a day to day basis.

Rachel Stevens - Office Manager
My interpersonal skills and organisational abilities make me the ideal candidate to be Tri-Synergy’s Office Manager/Administrator. Originally from a programming background, my responsibilities also include maintaining clients’ databases, information analyses, overseeing billing records and corporate minute-taking.

Tracy Hodges - Internet Marketer
I offer our clients expertise in search engine optimisation and focus on taking a holistic approach, looking at a variety of factors that affect a website’s online performance. Prior to joining Tri-Synergy I was a qualified Legal Executive, which has equipped me with a discipline for good analytical skills and attention to detail. In my spare time I enjoy getting muddy in the garden, learning the guitar and walking with my husband Dave.

Phillip French - Web Developer
I am tasked with creating client websites and developing our Content Management System; my degree in Computer Science and programming experience helps me to create robust, efficient and user friendly sites. When I’m not at work I like to program some more, paint and read.

Harriet Baker - Business Development Executive
In my role as a Business Development Executive I spend time creating our sales strategy with the aim of expanding our client base. I administer numerous sales campaigns both on and offline including Tri-synergy’s social media platforms. I joined Tri-Synergy in October 2010 after graduating from the University of Portsmouth with a 2:1 BSc (hons) in Criminology and Criminal Justice. When I’m not at work I enjoy playing, watching and coaching rugby.

Daniel Lacey - Office Clerk
My role as Office Clerk is varied and can include anything from filing to testing websites. I am currently studying BTEC Level 2 Information Communication Technology for two days a week. I have a big interest in computers. I like to build computers, see how they function and also do website coding, as well as a little bit of web design. In my spare time I enjoy watching films, playing games and reading.

Lizzie Griffiths - Digital Copywriter
As a Digital Copywriter I write a whole range of digital content asked for by the client. I am also tasked with checking and aiding with the development of client websites using our content management system. I am currently in my third year at the University of Portsmouth studying English Literature and Media Studies. Working at Tri-Synergy is an exciting experience, allowing me to build my skills and expertise in marketing.

Adam Lockwood - Web Developer
My role involves supporting Phillip with the creating client websites and focusing on front end and visual elements of sites. I started at Tri-Synergy in February 2012 after graduating from Portsmouth University where I studied Bsc Computer Animation. In my spare time I enjoy anything that uses the word extreme.

Team on the Go!
As part of our commitment in helping in the wider business community, we have been supporting Portsmouth City Council, Fareham Borough Council, Gosport Borough Council and Havant Borough Council in promoting ‘The Big Green Commuter Challenge’. We have built a dedicated content management system website which will go live end of January so watch this space………
Tina helped judge a competition to design a sustainable tourist resort in the Seychelles, organised by the Havant Federation of Schools’ enterprise challenge. More than 60 14 to 16-year-olds and the presentations were professional and well thought through. A thoroughly rewarding experience! More details from The News here.
Natalie has recently become a Business Ambassador for the Education Business Partnership. If you are interested in volunteering to help young people, by giving them an insight into business skills, the workplace environment and what they could achieve in the future, just visit the EBP website.
Brilliant fun at 'piggy race evening'! Helped raise £1100 for the Rosemary Foundation. A good Team night out. Checkout our photos http://www.trisynergymarketing.co.uk/News/Tri_Synergy-Help-Raise-Funds-for-the-Rosemary-Foundation
Tri-Synergy are proud to sponsor Phill (one of our Web Developers) as a member of the 3rd XV Portsmouth Rugby Football Club Team! Bruises, scrapes and hopefully success to follow!
Great news – We have won the Big Green Commuter Challenge again!!!!! We were invited to a prize giving ceremony at the Guildhall. See our photos on our Tri-Synergy blog.
Sam - our own Total Wipeout Star has now decided to take part in ‘It’s a Knockout’ – There’s no stopping her now!!!!!
I would like to thank the Tri-Synergy Team for their expert help and advice with our recent exhibition. As this was our first exhibition they helped us design a brochure, organise prize draws and handouts for the day in a very short space of time and generally sooth my jagged nerves.
Knowing everything had been prepared to such a high standard made the day extremely enjoyable and the comments from the delegates at the quality of our brochures, etc. said it all.
Thank you again and I look forward to working with you all on the next one."
