With a number of awards and 3 accreditations under our belts we are getting better and better - and enjoying ourselves in the process!

The Team at Tri-Synergy are the spirit and life-force of the company and we are  now in our third year as an accredited Investors in People company, showing that we place great importance on each and every employee's career development and are dedicated to personal development.

In 2009, Tri-Synergy were announced winners of the National Council for Work Experience for best new placement scheme due to our working closely with the University of Portsmouth. This prestigious award was handed to Tri-Synergy ahead of much larger nominees such as Channel 4 and KPMG - which delighted us all!

Following rigorous standards imposed by UKAS, we have attained the internationally recognised ISO 9001 for quality management systems and ISO 14001 for environmental management systems in 2010, and embrace both systems in our everyday work, leading to better effectiveness and efficiency.
