Tri-Synergy Team's Success in Investors in People (IIP) Review

Three years on from their initial accreditation, the Tri-Synergy Team enjoyed a very successful outcome to their IIP Review!

In his report IIP Assessor, David Barrett, stated: “It was a real pleasure to return to the business and to see just how much individuals had developed and grown in confidence and ability. I was encouraged to see a team that is fully engaged with the business and where all individuals feel that they are valued and important to the future success of Tri–Synergy; this has led to a team that is 100% customer focused and takes a real pride in delivering a quality job”.

Commenting on the importance of people to Tri-Synergy, Managing Director, Tina Webb said, “Three years ago I stated that the qualities and skills of the people working for us were absolutely fundamental. This remains true today; I am extremely lucky to work in a Team who are highly engaged in the business and able to articulate very clearly where the business is going and understand the importance of the part that they play.  They are optimistic for the future and are totally committed to the future plans of the company”.
